GCL Group are currently seeking a Turnover Manager for their client, a leading Contractor, for a pharmaceutical project based in Limerick.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop turnover plan in collaboration with Project Manager.
  • Coordinate and manage the turnover process.
  • Collaborate with project teams to address and resolve any outstanding punch list items.
  • Ensure all systems are operational, compliant and ready for client handover.
Requirements:  
  • Degree in Building Services Engineering / Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in turnover management, preferably within the pharmaceutical or life sciences sector.
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements and industry standards relevant to pharmaceutical facilities.
