Responsibilities:
- Develop turnover plan in collaboration with Project Manager.
- Coordinate and manage the turnover process.
- Collaborate with project teams to address and resolve any outstanding punch list items.
- Ensure all systems are operational, compliant and ready for client handover.
- Degree in Building Services Engineering / Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
- 5+ years experience in a similar role, preferably within the pharmaceutical or life sciences sector.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
