Responsibilities:
- Identify staff training needs.
- Schedule staff training and liaise with 3rd party providers.
- Keep record of staff training requirements using database system.
- Ensure feedback is received for internal training courses to measure effectiveness.
- Assist with online learning platform.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Training Coordinator.
- Knowledge of required training for construction staff.
- Excellent organisation skills.
- Strong IT skills including Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
