GCL Group is currently looking for an experienced Site Manager with experience working on residential fit out projects for their client, a large building contractor for projects based in Dublin City Centre.
Responsibilities:
- Scheduling of work.
- Manage subcontractors, labourers etc.
- Order materials and manage resources
- Manage plant equipment & machinery.
- Keep site diaries and paperwork up to date.
Requirements:
- 5 + years experience as a Site Manager.
- Trades background.
- Previous experience managing residential fit-out projects and the fit-out of mixed use developments.
- Excellent communication and organisation skills.
