GCL Group are currently seeking an experienced Site Manager for their client, a leading Main Contractor to work on a new project in Kilkenny.
This is a permanent position with the company.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the day to day on-site activities.
- Ensure that contracts are completed as per programme, on budget and to an extremely high standard.
- Ensure all HSEQ systems are managed and adhered to.
- Logistics/Planning and scheduling of works.
Requirements:
- 5+ years experience as a Site Manager with a Main Contractor.
- Proven experience managing projects, preferably with fit out experience.
- Experience working on pharma/industrial/datacentre projects preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
