GCL Group are currently looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor for their client, a well-established and growing Main Contractor. Their project portfolio includes commercial offices, retail spaces and infrastructure solutions.
This job will be based in Limerick.
Responsibilities:
- Review tender enquiries and prepare tender documents.
- Dealing with subcontractors and managing accounts.
- Measurement of bills of quantities, preparing and checking valuations.
- Verification and Agreement of Variations and Final Accounts.
Requirements:
- Degree in Quantity Surveying/Construction Economics.
- 7+ years’ experience in a similar role with a Main Contractor.
- Experience working for a contractor in Ireland/UK.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
