GCL Group are seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor for their client, a leading Main Contractor, for a project based in Germany. This is a permanent role with the company.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and tracking of project costs from inception to completion.
- Monthly variations, valuations and final accounts.
- Provide cost analysis to support the tender process.
- Manage subcontractor accounts.
Requirements:
- Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
- 8+ years' experience in a QS role.
- Experience working on Data center/pharma/industrial Projects required.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
