GCL Group are currently seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor for their client, a Top Tier Main Contractor.
Projects are based in Dublin.
Responsibilities:
- Review tender enquiries and prepare tender documents.
- Dealing with subcontractors and managing accounts.
- Measurement of bills of quantities, preparing and checking valuations.
- Verification and Agreement of Variations and Final Accounts.
Requirements:
- Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
- 5+ years’ experience in a similar role with a Main Contractor.
- Recent Irish/UK experience.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
