GCL Group are currently seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor for their client, a Main Contractor, with a project portfolio including residential, commercial, industrial and healthcare projects across Ireland & UK.
This role will be based in Dublin, with projects across Dublin and surrounding areas.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare BOQ's
- Day to day commercial measurement and reporting across allocated projects
- Negotiate and obtain best value with subcontract orders.
- Management of project budgets
- Prepare Cost Value Reports.
- Submit Monthly Variations and manage Final Accounts.
Requirements:
- Degree qualified
- 5+ years’ experience as a Quantity Surveyor for a Main Building Contractor in Ireland or UK.
- Strong knowledge of various forms of contract, such as RIAI, FIDIC, JCT etc.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
