GCL Group are currently seeking a Senior Mechanical & Electrical Estimator for their client, a leading Main Contractor.
This job will be based in South Dublin.
Responsibilities:
- Review tender enquiries and prepare tender documents.
- Get quotes from sub-contractors.
- Conduct cost analysis on quotes received to identify the correct selection for the final tender proposal.
- Prepare tender submissions.
Requirements:
- Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
- 5+ years’ experience in a similar role.
- Strong background working on M&E Projects.
- Excellent communication, negotiation skills and attention to detail.
