Responsibilities:
- Gather proposals, quotes, specifications and related documents to produce estimates.
- Manage and control preliminary budgets for tender process.
- Analyse and perform risk analysis on supplier and subcontractor packages.
Requirements:
- Relevant Third level qualification.
- 10+ years' experience as an estimator, preferably with a Main Contractor.
- Experience preparing tenders for a range of building projects.
- Strong knowledge of labour, plant and material prices in Ireland.
- Ability to work to tight deadlines.
- Knowledge of ConQuest Estimating software a distinct advantage.
