GCL Group are seeking a Senior Civil Quantity Surveyor for their client, a leading Contractor, for projects based in Leinster.
This is a permanent position with the company.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and tracking of project costs from inception to completion.
- Monthly variations, valuations and final accounts.
- Provide cost analysis to support tender process.
- Manage subcontractor accounts.
Requirements:
- Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
- 5+ years' experience in a QS role.
- Experience working on Civils Projects.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
