GCL Group are currently seeking a Quantity Surveyor for a well-known Civil Engineering company based in Dublin.
Their project portfolio includes Data Centers, Pharmaceutical, Site Development and Road Projects.
Projects are based in South/West Dublin and would suit anyone looking to avoid the commute into Dublin city.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and tracking of project costs from inception to completion.
- Monthly variations, valuations, and final accounts.
- Provide cost analysis to support tender process.
- Manage subcontractor accounts.
Requirements:
- Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
- 5+ years' experience in a QS role.
- Experience working on Civils Projects in Ireland/UK.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
