Responsibilities:
- Supervision of staff on-site.
- Scheduling of plant, materials and labour.
- Maintain daily site records.
- Adhere to Company Health and Safety policies.
- Ensure works are completed according to programme.
Requirements:
- 3+ years' experience as a Foreman/Site Manager.
- 8+ years experience working in the construction industry, preferably on housing projects throughout.
- Strong experience working on Residential Projects, preferably from Site Development through to finishes.
- Excellent communication skills and proven experience working as part of a team.
- Knowledge of BCAR.
