GCL Group are currently seeking a Quantity Surveyor for their client, a Developer with a growing portfolio of projects across Dublin.
Responsibilities:
- Day to day commercial measurement and reporting across allocated projects.
- Negotiate subcontract orders.
- Cost Reporting.
- Submit Monthly Variations
- Final Account submission.
Requirements:
- Degree qualified.
- 2-5 years’ experience as a Quantity Surveyor, preferably on residential projects.
- Strong knowledge of various forms of contract.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
