GCL Group are currently seeking a Quantity Surveyor for their client, a long-established Civil Engineering for a site-based role in Meath.
Their project portfolio including Drainage Schemes, Watermain Rehabilitation works, Roadway and Footpath Construction and Public Realm works.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and tracking of project costs from inception to completion.
- Monthly variations, valuations and final accounts.
- Provide cost analysis to support tender process.
- Management of subcontractor accounts.
Requirements:
- Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
- 3+ years' experience in a similar role, preferably with a Civil Contractor.
- Experience on civil/utility projects and public works contracts a distinct advantage.
- Strong communication, organisation and time keeping skills.
