This position will be office based, with site visits as required.
This role reports directly to the Managing Director and offers scope for progression.
Responsibilities:
- Manage Junior Quantity Surveyors.
- Prepare BOQ's
- Produce material takeoffs
- Manage monthly valuations and variations for multiple projects simultaneously.
- Negotiate and agree Final Accounts.
- Cost reporting and budgeting.
- Value engineering.
Requirements:
- Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
- 3-5+ years' experience working on groundworks and RC frame projects.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work on own initiative in fast paced environment.
