GCL Group are currently seeking a Quantity Surveyor for their client, a Developer with a long-term project based in Wicklow.


Responsibilities:
  • Day-to-day commercial measurement and reporting across allocated projects.
  • Negotiate subcontract orders.
  • Cost Reporting.
  • Submit Monthly Variations
  • Final Account submission.

Requirements:
  • Degree qualified.
  • 2-5 years experience as a Quantity Surveyor, preferably on residential projects.
  • Strong knowledge of various forms of contract.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
