GCL Group are currently seeking an experienced Project Manager for their client, a top Tier Main Contractor to work on a project based in Limerick.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the project to ensure it is completed as per programme, on budget and to an extremely high standard.
- Ensure all H&S, Quality and Environmental systems are managed and adhered to.
- Liaise with client and other professionals.
- Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or equivalent.
- 5+ years' experience as a Project Manager.
- Previous experience with a Main Contractor working on a range of large-scale projects, e.g. Data Centre/pharma.
- Fit Out experience preferred.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
