GCL Group are currently seeking a Project Manager for their client, a top Tier Main Contractor.
This is a permanent role based in Cork and our client have a large pipeline of projects in the Munster region.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the project to ensure it is completed as per programme, on budget and to an extremely high standard.
- Ensure all H&S, Quality and Environmental systems are managed and adhered to.
- Liaise with client and other professionals.
Requirements:
- Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or equivalent.
- 6+ years' experience as a Project Manager.
- Experience with a Tier 1 contractor working on large scale Commercial and Residential projects is preferred.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
