GCL Group are currently seeking a Procurement Administrator for their client, a well-established Construction company with offices in North Dublin.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Purchasing Manager in purchasing of materials and plant.
  • Generate Tender enquiries to Suppliers and Subcontractors.
  • Compare rates based on quotations received and follow up on quotations.
  • Enter orders into the system and issue purchase orders, ensuring all details are accurate.
  • Research new suppliers and maintain database of current suppliers.

Requirements:
  • 1 years’ experience working in a similar purchasing role.
  • Experience working for a construction company with strong knowledge of plant and materials.
  • Strong IT skills.
