GCL Group are seeking an Junior Quantity Surveyor/ Estimator for a Civil Engineering company based in the Midlands.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with tender process.
- Prepare BOQ's.
- Produce material take-offs.
- Assist with monthly valuations and variations.
- Cost reporting and budgeting.
Requirements:
- Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
- Around 1 years' experience working on Civil projects preferably or college placement experience.
- Irish/UK industry experience.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
