GCL Group are currently seeking a Junior Quantity Surveyor for their client, a growing Developer with a strong pipeline of work for the next few years.
This job will be site-based in Edenderry and would suit anyone commuting from Offaly, Kildare, Laois, Meath or Westmeath.
Responsibilities:
- Purchasing of materials.
- Valuations.
- Budget and cost control.
- Manage site deliveries.
- Assist Contracts Manager with administration for handovers.
Requirements:
- Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
- 1 years' experience working in a similar role in the Construction industry in Ireland (college placements will also be considered).
- Preference will be given to people with on-site experience, particularly on housing projects.
- Knowledge of BCAR would be advantageous.
- Strong IT skills.
