GCL Group are currently seeking a Junior Building Services Coordinator for their client, a leading Contractor, for a permanent role based in Dublin.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the progression of MEP services from the start of the project to practical completion.
- Ensure Building Services programme is met on a day-to-day basis.
- Assist with the production of M&E drawings.
- Attend meetings and provide reports on progress.
Requirements:
- Degree in Building Services Engineering / Mechanical Engineering / Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
- 1-3 years' experience in a similar role.
- Ability to understand design requirements and client briefs.
- Strong IT and communication skills.
