GCL Group are currently seeking a Junior M&E Services Coordinator for their client, a leading Main Building Contractor, for a Data Centre project based in West Dublin.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the management of M+E Contractors, sub-contractors regarding service installations.
- Ensure Building Services programme is met on a day to day basis.
- Review design drawings and ensure specifications are met.
- Attend meetings and provide reports on progress.
Requirements:
- Degree in Building Services Engineering / Mechanical Engineering / Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
- 1+ years’ experience in a similar role or a graduate with work placement experience.
- Excellent communication and organisation skills.
