GCL Group are currently seeking a Health and Safety Officer for their client, a leading Main Contractor.
This job will be based in Waterford and there is long-term work in the region.
Responsibilities:
- Preparation of Method Statements, Risk Assessments, Health & Safety Plans etc.
- Accident investigation and reporting.
- Conducting Site Inspections.
- Carry out Toolbox talks.
Requirements:
- Relevant Third Level qualification.
- 2-3 years experience as a Health and Safety Officer for a Main Contractor preferably.
- Experience on pharmaceutical/industrial projects a distinct advantage.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
