Finishing Foreman (Cork)

GCL Group are currently seeking a Finishing Foreman for their client, a well-established and growing Main Contractor. Their project portfolio includes commercial offices, large scale pharma projects and infrastructure solutions. 

This job will be based in Cork. 

Responsibilities:

• Attending weekly meetings with site personnel.
• Ensure all H&S, Quality and Environmental systems are managed and adhered to.
• Finishing internal buildings as per plans and on schedule.
• Liaise with subcontractors, clients, and other professionals.

Requirements:

• 3+ years’ experience in a similar position with a Main Contractor in Ireland/UK preferably on fit-out pharma/commercial projects. 
• Trade background preferably.
• Proven, hands-on finishes experience.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
