GCL Group are currently seeking an Estimator for their client, a long-established Civil Engineering company.
This role will be office based in Mayo.
Responsibilities:
- Collecting proposals, specifications, quotes etc. to produce tenders.
- Liaising and agreeing budgets with project and commercial teams.
- Check pricing documents and identify any deficits.
- Acquire quotes from suppliers, subcontractors etc.
Requirements:
- Third level qualification in Quantity Surveying.
- Minimum of 1+ years’ experience in a similar role, working on Civil or Utility projects.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work to tight deadlines.
