Environmental Manager

GCL Group are seeking an Environmental Manager for their client, a long-established Civil Engineering company with projects across Leinster.

Responsibilities:
· Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards associated with Environmental Legislation, policies, procedures etc.
· Liaise with third party contractors to ensure all environmental compliance monitoring is carried out as required.
· Providing guidance on the Waste Management of civil materials.
· Working in conjunction with Site Management and HSEQ Teams to ensure all civil waste generated on site is managed in compliance with environmental management processes.  

Requirements:
· Degree qualified is preferrable such as Environmental Science, Environmental Management, Sustainability, or equivalent.
· Minimum 8+ years’ experience in a similar role working within the Construction Industry.
· Strong knowledge of environmental regulation.
· Excellent IT Skills – Word, Excel etc.
