GCL Group are currently seeking an experienced Design Manager for their client, a long-established Civil Engineering company.
This role will be based in Dublin.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with drawings, specifications and technical submittals.
- Create packages for sub-contractors to ensure they have required project information.
- Oversee the design process against schedules and budgets.
- Review drawings to ensure there are no clashes.
- Compile monthly progress report and design review.
- Liaising with Client and Client representative regularly to continue with the delivery of projects.
Experience:
- Degree in Civil / Structural Engineering.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Design Coordinator or Design Engineer with a Civil Engineering company is preferably.
- Experience working on civil and utility projects, design and build projects etc.
- Strong communication and organisation skills.
