GCL Group are currently seeking an experienced Design Coordinator for their client, a Top Tier Main Contractor for projects based in Dublin.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Design Manager with drawings, specifications and technical submittals.
- Create packages for sub-contractors to ensure they have required project information.
- Oversee the design process against schedules and budgets.
- Review drawings to ensure there are no clashes.
- Compile monthly progress report and design review.
- Send design submittals for architect approval.
Experience:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Design Coordinator or Design Engineer with a Main Contractor preferably.
- Degree in Architectural Technology or equivalent.
- Experience working on a range of building projects.
- Strong communication and organisation skills.
