- Schedule staff training.
- Keep record of staff training requirements using database system.
- Conduct on-site training for staff.
- Previous experience in a training role.
- Proven experience working in a site-based role on various construction projects.
- Excellent organisation skills.
- Strong IT skills including Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
- Possibly a construction trade background.
