GCL Group are currently seeking a Site Manager for their client, a Tier 1 Main Contractor.
Our client have projects available in Dublin City Centre and South Dublin.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure that contracts are completed as per programme, on budget and to an extremely high standard.
- Ensure all H&S, Quality and Environmental systems are managed and adhered to.
- Logistics/Planning and scheduling of works.
Requirements:
- Trade background preferably.
- Proven experience as a Site Manager for a Main Contractor working on large-scale projects.
- A mix of Fit Out, structural and glazing experience preferred.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
