GCL Group are currently seeking an experienced Site Administrator for their client, a leading Main Building Contractor for a project based in Kilkenny City.
Responsibilities:
- Maintenance and processing of all paperwork on site.
- Diary management.
- Tracking, uploading and signing off of invoices.
- Coordinate project documentation.
- Preparation of reports/minute taking at meetings.
Requirements:
- 2+ years' experience in an administration role with similar responsibilities.
- Preference for experience working within the Construction Industry.
- Strong IT skills including Microsoft Office.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
