GCL Group are currently seeking an experienced Site Administrator for their client, a leading Main Building Contractor.

This will be a permanent position and will be project based in Dublin.


  • Maintenance and processing of all paperwork on site.
  • Diary management.
  • Tracking, uploading and signing off of invoices.
  • Coordinate project documentation.
  • Preparation of reports/minute taking at meetings.


  • 2+ years' experience in an administration role with similar responsibilities.
  • Experience working within the Construction Industry.
  • Strong IT skills including Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
