GCL Group are currently seeking an experienced Design Manager for their client, a Top Tier Main Contractor for projects in the Leinster region.
This role will mainly be office based in South Dublin with travel to sites as needed.
- Assist the site team with coordination of architectural information and the coordination of utilities and services between subcontractors.
- Coordinate and manage technical submittals.
- Liaise regularly with Site Management team and prepare and maintain schedule of information requirements.
- Oversee the design process against schedules and budgets.
- Relevant 3rd Level Qualification.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Design Coordinator or Design Engineer with a Main Building Contractor preferably.
- Experience working on residential and commercial projects.
- Strong communication and organisation skills.
