GCL Group are seeking a Civil Site Agent for a well-known Civil Engineering company for a range of civil projects across the Midlands.
Responsibilities:
- Management and supervision of direct labour resources, plant, and materials.
- Maintain H&S records and ensure all site activities are carried out to the highest standards.
- Liaise with client, consultants, and any other stakeholders
- Ensuring works carried out to required specification
Requirements:
- 4+ years' experience in a similar role.
- Experience supervising roadworks and civil projects.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Full driving license.
