GCL Group are currently hiring a Quantity Surveyor for a Civil Engineering company based in Kildare.
This role will be based in their Head Office and include site visits to Dublin as required.
Responsibilities:
- Completing valuations and final accounts.
- Working on contractual claims, subcontractor procurement and accounts settlement.
- Working closely with project management teams to obtain and keep up to date records that are necessary to compile valuations and claims.
- Be involved, when required, in the preparation of tenders for new works.
Requirements:
- Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
- 2-5 years’ post-graduate experience in a similar role in Ireland/UK.
- Experience working for a Civil Engineering company, with particular interest in Groundworks, Road & Infrastructure projects.
- Knowledge of public works contracts is preferable.
