GCL Group are currently hiring a Quantity Surveyor for a Civil Engineering company based in North Dublin.
This is a permanent position and will involve site visits as required.
Responsibilities:
- Monthly variations, valuations, and final accounts.
- Monitor and tracking of project costs from inception to completion.
- Working on contractual claims, subcontractor procurement and accounts settlement.
- Be involved, when required, in the preparation of tenders for new works.
Requirements:
- Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
- 1+ years’ post-graduate experience in a similar role.
- Experience working for a Civil Engineering company working on groundworks and civil projects preferably.
