GCL Group are currently seeking an Assistant Buyer for their client, a growing Main Building Contractor with offices in North Dublin.
Responsibilities:
- Compare rates based on quotations received and obtain best prices before placing orders.
- Assist with invoices and credit notes.
- Maintain files and relevant purchase agreements for audits.
- Research new suppliers.
Requirements:
- 1-3 years’ experience working in a similar procurement role.
- Preference for people with experience working for a construction company.
- Previous purchasing experience required.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong IT skills.
- Full driving license.
