GCL Group are currently seeking a Building Services Coordinator for their client, a leading Main Contractor, who are working on a project in Central London.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure MEP subcontractors carry out work according to programme and appropriate standards.
- Manage technical submittals.
- Review design drawings and ensure specifications are met.
- Manage the flow of information between subcontractors and the project team.
- Attend meetings and provide reports on progress.
Requirements:
- Degree in Building Services Engineering / Mechanical Engineering / Electrical Engineering or Qualified Trade (Mechanical or Electrical)
- 3+ years’ experience in a similar role.
- Track record of seeing projects through to completion.
