GCL Group are currently seeking a BIM Coordinator for their client, a Top Tier Main Contractor, to work on a Project in Dublin. This is a permanent role.
Responsibilities:
- Produce detailed 3D BIM Models.
- Ensure models are in line with the BIM Execution Plan.
- Conduct conformity checks on Revit models.
- Liaise with subcontractors and design team as necessary.
Requirements:
- Degree in Architectural Technology, Construction Technology, BIM or equivalent.
- 3+ years' experience working in a similar role.
- Strong experience using BIM software; Revit, AutoCAD, NavisWorks.
- Excellent communication skills.
