GCL Group are currently seeking a Bid Manager for their client, a long-established Mechanical & Electrical Contractor.
This job will be office based in Tyrone.
Responsibilities:
- Preparation of Proposals for new opportunities, ensuring all customer requirements are met.
- Review the commercial aspects of the bid and manage bid budgets.
- Track all requests and responses on the company database.
- Involvement in negotiation process with potential and current clients.
- Overall management of process from qualification through to awarding of contract.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Bid Manager or may suit a Bid Writer who is ready to take the next step in their career.
- Preference for previous experience working within the M&E Industry, however, other areas of construction will be considered.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Strong people management and commercial knowledge.
