GCL Group are currently seeking a Bid Manager for their client, a long-established Mechanical & Electrical Contractor.

This job will be office based in Tyrone.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Preparation of Proposals for new opportunities, ensuring all customer requirements are met.
  • Review the commercial aspects of the bid and manage bid budgets.
  • Track all requests and responses on the company database.
  • Involvement in negotiation process with potential and current clients.
  • Overall management of process from qualification through to awarding of contract.

 

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Bid Manager or may suit a Bid Writer who is ready to take the next step in their career.
  • Preference for previous experience working within the M&E Industry, however, other areas of construction will be considered.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Strong people management and commercial knowledge.
