We are currently recruiting a Bid Manager for our client, a leading Main Contractor based in Dublin.  We’re looking to speak to candidates who have prior experience in the Construction industry within Bid/Tendering departments. 

This role is a permanent position based in South Dublin.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the bid management procedure from start to finish, making sure all deadlines are fulfilled.
  • Work together with cross-functional teams to compile data and create strong bid proposals.
  • Carry out in-depth research of client needs and adjust proposals as necessary.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements.


Requirements:

  • Proven experience managing bids in the construction industry.
  • Solid knowledge of the concepts and procedures of contract management.
  • A degree in engineering is preferred but not essential. 
  • Excellent organization and communication skills.
  • Capacity to collaborate with a variety of stakeholders and teams.
