GCL Group are currently hiring a Bid Coordinator for their client, a long-established Construction company based in Kildare.

This role will be based in their head office and hybrid options are available.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist Engineers, Estimators and Management team to collate, create and publish documents for tender submission.
  • Submit competitive tenders/prequalifications and ensure uniformity in templates for submission.
  • Manage requests for tender on SharePoint system.
  • Create new libraries on SharePoint as required.
     

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working in a similar role with a Construction company.
  • Excellent ICT Skills to include Microsoft Suite, SharePoint and other document management systems.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to create design templates for consistency.
