Responsibilities:
- Process subcontractor payments.
- Liaise with Project Managers to validate works completed by subcontractors.
- Assist in reconciling subcontractor accounts.
- Maintain documentation of subcontractor payments.
Requirements:
- Relevant accounting qualification.
- Preference for someone coming from a construction company.
- Proven experience working with Sage or similar software.
- Strong time management skills.
