Fiona is one of the directors of GCL and has candidate and client experience at the forefront of her work. She holds a degree in Psychology and Masters in Behaviour Analysis which gives her the ability to work closely with people and really listen to what they are looking for. Like most people working in Recruitment, Fiona ‘fell’ into it. In a previous life, Fiona worked with children and adults with Autism and other Learning Difficulties. She started her recruitment career as an IT Recruiter but with her partner working in Construction and knowing a lot more about this industry, she set up GCL to specialise in Construction Recruitment.
